Hardening (forging) will be done between 1100-1200 Celsius and after forging, blade will be put into furnace at 250-400 Celsius to get flexibility.

Without this flexibility , the blade gets qutie fragile and easy to break down.

The core steel (hard one) is VG10 steel including

C Carbon 0,95-1,05 %

Cr Chrome 14,5-15,5 %

MO Molybdenum 0,9-1,2 %

V Vanadium 0,1-0,3 &
